14ct gold and deep blue Bisbee turquoise ring

On the above image it is the American Indian ring made out of 14 carat gold and it holds a lot of value, $7 800 in US dollars. From my own understanding American Indian jewellery serve as the redeem aspect because in the early 1900s it was traded for goods and services in a form of a jewellery pieces. In most jewellery pieces from the American Indian jewellery they were using turquoise stones, silver, coral and other natural materials in that way the value would increase. According to Dr. Lori Verderame, this Native American jewelry has traditional Indian designs and is very valuable. The use of precious metal could easily determine the value of  the jewellery piece to trade with. For example 18ct gold would be cost more than 9ct gold.
